Interview with Elke the Stallion
Elke: I am born and raised in Germany and been living in Los Angeles, CA for the past 8 years.
What is your ethnic background?
Elke: I am German as far as I know.
What are your measurements?
Elke: My measurements are 38-28-48
How did you get started in modeling?
Elke: My first job was a video for Outkast "I like the way you move" and it was super fun. Then people would call me Stallion cause of my build, so I purchased a domain, found a great designer and had him design my website. From there on it just started happening for me.
Do you have any role models in the industry?
Elke: Well, when I first came on the scene there was Melyssa Ford, Gloria Valez and Buffie The Body, so women like these def. helped me getting my foot through the door.
Have you thought about doing acting roles?
Elke: I have done minor acting for a comedy Show on HBO and most recent in the movie "Miss March". So def. open minded about acting.
Besides your butt :) What do you think is your best physical attribute?
Elke: I actually think my legs are my best physical attribute, cause they are so muscular and thick and not common. Most models in my field have big butts, but not the legs to match.
How often do you work out?
Elke: Not often enough. I dont like working out, so I have to force myself to get to the gym. But on the flip side, I eat very healthy, organic food only, lots of water and I like milk. No sodas for me and I dont eat much meat. I love fish and sushi. Maybe that helps me.
Tell us about your website and Stallionmodels.com
Elke: StallionModels.com is my newest venture. Its a model management company I launched about 2 months ago and we are manageging girls with my body type, thick, beautiful females that are stepping into my food steps. Its a working progess and hopefully we are going to be very well established soon to provide the industry with great models.
What are some of you current projects?
Elke: I am working on my 2010 calendar, its soooo overdue for me to have a calendar, but I shot 5 themes so far, 7 to go. Also, of course www.StallionModels.com since its my newest venture. My offical site www.ElkeTheStallion.com is of course high priority and always a working progress since I update weekly and its been running strong since 2005.
What are some of your future goals?
Elke: My future goals is to venture out into fashion and launch my clothing line and make StallionModels.com a strong and respected boutique Agency that can cater curvy, thick, exotic women to the regular modeling industry.
How would you best describe your personality?
Elke: I am driven, focused, smart and silly. I love to laugh and act crazy when the time is right. But I am business oriented and always on my grind. I am a go-getta and I get ish done. LOL
What are some of your guilty pleasures?
Elke: I love ice cream, butter pecan is my fav. And banana milk shakes, home made, bananas, crushed ice and milk. Yummy. LOL Oh and I love reality TV.
If you could live any place in the world, where would it be and why?
Elke: Well I have been many places, but not everywhere yet, but from the places I have been too, I would live in Italy, its amazing, the food, the people, the architecture. Loved it there.
What do you find attractive in a person?
Elke: I find confidence attractive. Humor and smarts. Oh and good hygene is sexy
What is something about you that people would be surprised to know?
Elke: I am a controll freak. Its hard for me to let go and have somebody else take over. In business and life at least. In the bedroom I love to give away the control LOL. Oh and its silly but on the TV remote or the radio in the car, the volume has to be an even number. If its on 23 or 25 I have to turn it to 24. Weird, but its something I cant stand. LOL
Of all the shoots you have done, which one was the most memorable?
Elke: Gosh, there is so many great shoots. But the most recent one I loved was the shoot on a giant cupcake. The photographer is also a set builder and he build me a giant cup cake. The image is one of the images for my calendar.
Anything you would like to say to your fans?
Elke: Yes, of course, to my fans, OMG, you guys are amazing, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the support over the past 5 years. Without my fans I wouldnt be where I am today. I am happy to see that my work is loved by so many, that some of my pictures have even made it on some of my fans skin as tattoos. All of my fans support means alot to me. Thank you!!!!
