Interview with Nesha Lashay
Nesha Lashay: Saluda, SC but i currently reside in Charlotte, NC.
What is your ethnic background?
Nesha Lashay: Filipino and black.
What are your measurements?
Nesha Lashay: 34B-24-36.
How did you get started in modeling?
Nesha Lashay: Well...to make a long story short. I never really wanted to model. People use to tell me that i should all the time but i never looked into it. So... when i was 17...going to a T.I. and Lil Wayne concert, I ended up meeting Baby D aka my big bro, who was on tour with DJ Unk, and I joined them backstage. I was always with them after that. I got to enjoy seeing all the things that everybody else didnt see. For me being 17, I had the time of my life and I decided I wanted to try modeling since everybody kept pushing it on me. I ended up starting with Styles Model Managment, but that didnt work out to well for me. I decided that I could do it all by myself because I already new the right people. So I started doing little things like car shows and online magazines. When I told Baby D that I wanted to model, he told me I should be in his video (Im Bout Money). He said that it would be good for em so I did...and thats that.
Who do you respect out there in the industry?
Nesha Lashay: I dont respect anybody individually...I respect everybody!!!! Everybody thats trying to make it...and the ones that keep grindin. All the people that have made it and thats doing good for themselves.
What part of your body are you most complimented on?
Nesha Lashay: My eyes...definitly! Well thats what i hear!
What do you think is your best physical attribute?
Nesha Lashay: Probably my face.
How often do you work out?
Nesha Lashay: I work out without even knowing im working out. I'm active in everything I do. My job is my work out. :) But I do try to run a couple times a week.
What are some of you current projects?
Nesha Lashay: Right now im on the cover of On Point Magazine and I'm featured on a new music video coming out (Slim of 112 feat. Ron Browz- Heels on)
What are some of your future goals?
Nesha Lashay: To pursue acting and to start my own club promotions company.
How would you best describe your personality?
Nesha Lashay: Funny, entertaining, talkative, and outgoing.
What do you like to do outside of modeling?
Nesha Lashay: Dance and Travel. I still have alot of places I would love to see. I love visiting retirement homes...I guess its because i use to work in one :)
What is your biggest obsession. Clothes, shoes or purses?
Nesha Lashay: Bags...i dont call them purses. but yea thats my obsession...from Gucci to Louis...I got them all.. LOL
What type of guys do you like?
Nesha Lashay: Outgoing, Attractive, Attentive, Talkative and definitly has his own......everything!!
What are some of your guilty pleasures?
Nesha Lashay: Oreo cookies and peanut butter......oh and threesomes LOL
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
Nesha Lashay: I would have to be a tiger....they are just so cute but fierce...plus that was my high school mascot.
Whats your favorite thing to do when you go out?
Nesha Lashay: Get a glass of Dom Peron champagne....and some of my bestfriends...and wild out!
On a scale of 1-10, how do you rate your wild side?
Nesha Lashay: 7 and a 8 if im feeling pretty good.
