Rihanna passed out on stage during her concert earlier today (November 7th) at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.

The 20-year-old Bajan beauty was performing her smash hit “Umbrella” when she starts to hunch over and signal that she isn’t feeling well. Rihanna that rushes off stage, where paramedics rushed to her side.
