See that's a paradox you stuck with no advancement and no decline.. The handsome guy would be eternally youthful and handsome...while the rich man is stuck in a hideous body but forever ugly.. Not always. Plastic surgery is never a guarantee, it can go wrong and most people that have it, dont look any better. Its actually rare & dangerous to complitely rearange your face...that can cause huge health problems during his life, OR he might even die right there and then.
