Wish I could have gone but as a few others have said, I also had to work and the notice was too short.

I'm still amazed by the half-assed reporting, even now, of the entire Jena 6 story.

If I had not followed the weblogs and Black news sources, all I would have known is that a bunch of Black folks were pissed about six Black teenagers going to jail for beating up on a White kid.

Very little if anything at all is said about the nooses or the fight before hand where the six white guys jumped the Black kid causing a skull fracture.

Oh well, I'm stupid for thinking the media would tell the truth! :krazy:
